Your child's age and year group, the school they attend, what is worrying you or the school, and whether there is a deadline (an examination-board application, for instance).
I reply to messages within two working days. Assessment sessions are usually available within two to three weeks; reports follow two to three weeks after testing.
Correspondence and assessment in English or Romanian. Assessments for pupils in British-curriculum schools are conducted and reported in English.
